CUSCO exercises value-added audit and certification services to provide credibility to its certified clients and interested parties, meeting all relevant requirements and achieving its management system performance.
In order to realize this:

CUSCO seeks objectiveness and maintains impartiality by managing conflict of interests.

CUSCO manages its competence by having competent personnel and conducting monitoring.

CUSCO makes its audit and certification process along with information related to certification status publicly available and secures confidentiality of client information.

CUSCO provides credible certification service by responding to and dealing with client complaints in a timely manner.
Impartiality Statement
CUSCO hereby declares from top management to all relevant personnel related to certification activities that we understand potential conflicts of interest and manage them to ensure the impartiality of management system certification activities.
To acquire objectivity through ensuring impartiality, CUSCO observes the following:

CUSCO does not restrict financial effects that could threaten impartiality for the profit of the certification body.

CUSCO management and personnel related to certification activity do not provide audit and certification services if a conflict of interest is not resolved when management consultation, including internal audits, has been provided.

CUSCO does not certify the same legal entity or quality management system of another certification body.

All personnel performing certification audits on behalf of CUSCO should not affect the audit with their familiarity with clients.

GC should not be affected by self-interest, self-review, familiarity, or intimidation that could compromise or threaten impartiality.

GC undertakes efforts to prevent conflict of interest and minimize it before it occurs by managing related risks.

Continuous verification by the impartiality committee is performed to ensure objectivity and maintain impartiality.
Personnel Qualification Certificate Impartiality Statement
CUSCO hereby declares that impartiality is of supreme importance and is valued in all qualification certificate activities of CUSCO. This applies to relationships with all CUSCO personnel, including applicants, candidates, certified personnel, and employees.

CUSCO does not restrict applicants or candidates for qualification certificates due to financial problems, specific groups, or organizations.

CUSCO does not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

Prevent conflicts of interest that threaten impartiality, such as ownership, management systems, human resources, finance, contracts, branding, marketing, or brochures. If any threats arise, immediate action shall be taken.

Minimize potential threats that influence the result of qualification certification due to formal or informal relations of CUSCO employees.
