Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User in using the services provided by the website operated by KONGYEONG TECH (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" refers to a virtual business place set up by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide goods or services to Users.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Site and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with this Agreement.
Article 3 (Clarification and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts the contents of this Agreement, company name, representative's name, and contact information, etc., on the initial service screen of the Site so that Users can know them.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
- The Company performs tasks such as providing detailed information on products and concluding purchase contracts.
- In case of sold-out goods or changes in technical specifications, the Company may change the contents of goods to be provided by future contracts.
Article 5 (Obligations of User)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Registration of false information when applying or changing
- Theft of others' information
- Change of information posted on the Site
- Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than information determined by the Company
- Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of the Company or third parties
Article 6 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
This Agreement is effective from January 1, 2024.
